This game is all about collecting colored cards. There are seven colors. For each color there are nine identical cards. Next to these 63 cards, there are ten cards with "+2" and three rainbow-colored jokers.

The object of the game is to collect as many cards as you can from at most three colors. Scoring is done at the end of the game, according to the following table:

1 card = 1 point
2 cards = 3 points
3 cards = 6 points
4 cards = 10 points
5 cards = 15 points
6+ cards = 21 points

The score is computed for each color separately. If you happen to have collected more than six cards of one color, you still get only 21 points. The jokers are assigned to the color of which you have the most cards, to maximize the profit. In addition to this, the "+2" cards are worth two points each.

But... there is one complication!

Only the three colors of which you have the most cards count as positive points. The score for the other cards is subtracted from your total.

EXAMPLE

If, at the end of the game you have five blue cards, three orange cards, three pink cards, two yellow cards and one "+2" card your score is computed as follows:

5 blue cards = +15 points
3 orange cards = +6 points
3 pink cards = +6 points
2 yellow cards = -3 points
1 "+2" card = +2 points
total = 26 points

GAME PLAY

So, how do you collect cards? At the beginning of the game each player is given a differently colored card to start with. Then, the players take turns in a clockwise fashion. When its your turn, you always have two options:

* Take a card from the pile, and place it on one of the open spots around the pile. These spots can hold a maximum of three cards.
* Take all the cards from one of the places around the pile.

After having taken a pile, your turn will be skipped until every player has taken a pile. Note that the spot from which you took the cards will be closed for the other players.

DETAILS

* After turning a favourable card from the pile you may be tempted to put it into your hand straight away, but thats not how this game works! Once you have turned a card from the pile, you must place it on one of the surrounding spots.
* Youre not allowed to take an empty spot.
* When youre the last player, you may continue to add cards to the last spot before taking the cards.
* The game ends when there are not enough cards in the pile anymore to play a full round.

Note that this is currently a 3, 4 or 5 player game. It is not yet possible to play this game solo against the iPad.

Enjoy!
